Our pregnancy massages are safe and beneficial for all expectant mothers starting from their second trimester (13 weeks) and treatments are not provided during the first trimester.

Our post-natal massages are perfectly suited from 4-6 to 12-16 weeks post-birth, with your healthcare provider's approval.

Perfect from 4-6 weeks to 12-16 weeks after birth (with your healthcare provider's OK), it eases tension, improves circulation and provides much-needed relaxation for your mind and body.

A short, focused massage to relieve stress and tension in specific problem areas - typically lower back, hips, neck or shoulders. Ideal for busy mums-to-be needing quick relief and relaxation.​
