Directions for use: 
As a facial toner – every morning and evening.
As a refreshing mist – several times a day or while traveling. Can also be used over makeup.

On hair lengths – as a lightweight leave-in conditioner.
Prebiotics and postbiotics form a natural deposit on the bottom of the bottle. Shake the bottle before use.
