1. Shipping Information
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders to the Highlands and any remote islands may incur additional shipping cost. Any orders to these locations may also have different delivery times to those stated below. We will notify you of these matters either at the time of placing your order, or in any event, prior to the dispatch of your items.
We will ship our orders via an appropriate courier of our choosing. You will be provided with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You will have the choice of the below delivery options when you purchase your order. Please note that very large orders may attract additional shipping costs. You will be notified before your order is dispatched should this be the case.

The delivery fees for this shipping method are order amount dependent and as below:
a. £0 - £99 - £6.60 incl. VAT
b. £100 - £ unlimited - free shipping.

Free Shipping
This delivery methods requires an order amount of £100 and over (incl. VAT).
The delivery fee for this shipping method is £0.

Pick-up
Orders can be picked up in person at JudithGodby London, Unit 38, Battersea Business Centre, 99-109 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5QL, UK.
Orders are available for pick-up usually within 2-3 business days.
We will send you detailed pick-up information after you have placed and paid for your order.
Pick-ups with appointment only!
2. Delays
We will make sure, as far as reasonably practicable, that your order is delivered in accordance with the above timeframes. Please note that we will not be responsible for any orders which are delayed by events which are beyond our reasonable control, such as poor weather conditions.
If you have not received your order in the anticipated time frame, please consult any tracking information provided by the courier. If you cannot access any such tracking information or have any further questions about a delayed order you can contact us on:

If you believe your order has been lost, please refer to the below section (3.).
3. Lost orders
We cannot be held responsible for, will take care of, replace or refund lost orders in the below cases:
a. If you do not provide the accurate and full delivery address when you place your order.
b. If you do not provide any further important and relevant delivery instructions.
c. If you do not engage with any requests made by the courier for information.
d. If you do not collect your order from any parcel shop or drop-off point within any required timeframe imposed by the courier.
We will usually enquire with the courier to establish whether an order has been lost in transit. Upon confirmation that the order has been lost, we will typically commence the process of issuing a refund or a replacement order.
If you like to return an item because it has been damaged in transit, please consult our returns policy which you can find in our Terms & Conditions.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and
(ii) the following products are not eligible for return: beauty treatments, body treatments, and sugaring trainings (see specific T&C's for sugaring traininings).
